Born in Ceremony.
Created for One Person Only.
SACRED DRUMS HANDCRAFTED IN NATURE
FOR YOUR JOURNEY HOME.
The Adventurer Series is unlike any other Shamanic Drums I create.
A few times each year, I leave my workshop behind, load the ute and travel alone into some of Australia's wildest landscapes.
There is no carefully planned destination where a Shamanic Drum will be born.
I travel.
I listen.
I wait.
Eventually, there comes a moment when the land seems to say:
Here.
That is where the Ceremony begins.
2026 Trip
Almost Sold Out!
The Adventurer Series began with a calling to take the creation of my Shamanic Drums beyond the walls of my workshop.
I wanted to take them onto Country.
Into the mountains.
Across the red earth.
Along remote roads.
Beside rivers and beneath vast Australian skies.
These journeys are undertaken alone. There is space for silence, Ceremony and listening to whatever the land chooses to reveal.
The materials that will become each Adventurer Shamanic Drum travel with me.
Every kilometre becomes part of their story.
Every place we stop becomes part of the journey.
Every Ceremony becomes part of what they carry home.
A Journey Into the Wild
First There Was Arnhem Land...
The first Adventurer journey called me north.
I travelled into Arnhem Land and through the remote wilderness of Australia's Top End.
The further I travelled, the quieter the outside world became.
Red earth. Heat. Rivers. Wildlife. Ancient landscapes and enormous skies.
The Shamanic Drums travelled with me through it all.
That journey became the beginning of the Adventurer Series.
Then the Mountains Called...
The next journey took me south towards Kosciuszko.
This was a completely different Australia.
Cold mountain air. Alpine rivers. High country. Silence.
I returned to the mountains twice.
The Adventurer Shamanic Drums from these journeys were born at the foot of the mountains and returned home carrying a very different story from those that had travelled north.
It became clear to me that the Adventurer Series was never going to be about repeating the same journey.
Each journey needed to have its own calling.
Its own energy.
Its own story.

'Adventurer' Ceremonial Drum Series'
I received my drum today. It was created during Mark’s October sojourn into the lands of Mt Kosciuszko.
When I placed my order for an Adventurer Series Ceremonial drum, I had no real idea of what it would sound or feel like, but in an act of faith and trust based on my gut feeling that Mark is all that he says and presents himself as being, I ‘felt’ all would be well.
As I unwrapped my drum this morning, the first thing I observed was Mark’s beautiful craftsmanship. It was immediately obvious Mark takes great care and pride in his work. Every piece has been perfectly joined, and the octagonal shape is filled with the power of its grace.
The second thing I became aware of was the smell and feel of the wood and the cured hide. With the visible natural markings of the hide, the drum’s skin has a story all its own to tell.
It brought fullness to my heart and tears to my eyes as I held it. I felt as if a part of me, which I didn’t know was missing, had come back to me.
As I began to softly beat out a simple rhythm, the richness of tone resonated deeply for me and the work I do.
I am greatly looking forward to the walk of discovery to come, beginning the journey today by sitting in silence with my hands resting lightly on its surface as a first step in walking together.
I feel very blessed to have received this beautiful drum Mark. Thank you for all that you brought to its creation through your skill, your heart and ceremony.
May you always go well.

The Adventurer Ceremonial Drum Series
Timing: Guided by Nature, Not the Clock
The Adventurer Series follows its own rhythm. I cannot predict exactly where the journey will take me or when each Shamanic Drum will be ready.
Once I return, each Shamanic Drum continues to sit in Ceremony until its creation is complete. The weather, the seasons and the natural settling of the hide all play their part.
Once I am back on at the Farm - I generally allow 4-6 weeks for the entire process, although this can vary.
These journeys cannot be rushed.
I trust that each Shamanic Drum will be ready to meet its caretaker when the time is right.

Thank you!
The support and positive feedback that I have received about my Shamanic Drums has been quite overwhelming. As I read some of the Testimonials, my heart is truly filled with joy & love.
I never had imagined in a million years that so many people would love my Sacred Items as much as they do and that people would want to own their own Australian Made Shamanic Drum, birthed by me.
For this, I am truly honoured.
Thank You! 🙏🏻
